How Do I Enroll My Child?

Enrolling your child at VIVID Center for Learning and Development is simple and secure. Just follow these steps:

Step 1: Fill out the Slot Reservation Form

Click the “Register” button to begin. This form serves as:

• Your waitlist application and account registration in one step.

No need for separate sign-up!

You’ll provide your and your child’s basic info and select the program(s) you're interested in.

Step 2: Get Confirmation

After submitting the form:

• You’ll receive your Queue Number
• You’ll see your child’s Position in Line
• A confirmation message will display your:
  • Registered Email
  • System-generated Password

Step 3: View Your Slot Status

You’ll be redirected to the Slot Reservation Status page, where you can view:

• Parent & child name
• Program(s) reserved
• Queue number & position
• Slot Status:
  • Waiting – Form received and queued
  • Assigned – A slot has been offered
  • Enrolled – Confirmed on-site and officially enrolled

Anytime, you can return to this Enrollment Page and log in using your:

• Registered Email
• Password

You’ll instantly see your current slot status.

If you log out, you’ll be redirected to the homepage.

Step 4: Wait for Confirmation Message

Our team will contact you via message, call, or email to confirm your child’s slot.

• If you do not respond within 3 days, the slot will automatically be voided and given to the next parent in line.

Step 5: Prepare Your Assessment Documents

Before the scheduled assessment, make sure to prepare and bring the following:

• Developmental Pediatrician Evaluation (if available)
• Progress Reports from other therapists or previous schools
• Any supporting documents related to your child’s developmental history

Step 6: Go to the Center for Your Child’s Assessment

Arrive at the VIVID Center on your scheduled assessment date and time.

• The assessment is conducted by the assigned therapist.
• Results of the assessment will guide your child’s regular therapy schedule once enrolled.
