By submitting a resume through VIVID Center PH, therapist applicants agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Accuracy of Information

Applicants certify that all personal and professional information provided is truthful and accurate. Submission of false or misleading information will result in disqualification.

2. Consent to Data Processing

By uploading their resume, applicants consent to the collection, storage, and processing of their data strictly for recruitment purposes, in compliance with RA 10173.

3. Account Responsibility

Applicants will be provided with a system-generated account for tracking their application status. They are responsible for keeping their credentials secure and confidential.

4. Application Status

VIVID reserves the right to assign application statuses including Pending, Under Review, Accepted, or Declined. Declined applicants may reapply after 30 days, with their updated resume replacing previous records.

5. Confidentiality

All submitted resumes and personal data remain confidential and accessible only to authorized VIVID staff. No applicant data will be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.

6. Platform Use

Applicants agree to use VIVID Center PH solely for legitimate application purposes. Any attempt to misuse the system, submit fraudulent documents, or impersonate another individual may result in permanent disqualification.

VIVID Center PH, the official web platform of the VIVID Center for Learning and Development (“VIVID”), is committed to protecting the personal data of therapist applicants. This policy is aligned with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and lawful processing of applicant data.

1. Information Collected

When a therapist applicant submits their resume, the following personal data is collected:

• Personal Information: Full name, date of birth, gender, email, contact number, home address.
• Resume File: Uploaded PDF resume (maximum 10MB).
• System Data: Account credentials generated upon successful submission and email verification.

2. Purpose of Collection

The data collected will be used for:

• Creating a system-generated account for status monitoring and reapplication.
• Evaluating qualifications for the role of Therapist.
• Tracking application status (Pending, Under Review, Accepted, Declined).
• Maintaining recruitment records for compliance.

3. Data Security

• Applicant data is encrypted and securely stored in VIVIDs protected database.
• Access is restricted to authorized personnel (Operations Manager and recruitment staff).
• Uploaded resumes are handled with strict confidentiality and are not shared outside VIVID.

4. Data Retention and Disposal

• Applications are retained for one (1) year from submission.
• Declined applicants are subject to a 30-day restriction before resubmission.
• After the retention period, applicant data is securely deleted from the system.

5. Applicant Rights

Therapist applicants have the right to:

• Access and review their submitted personal data.
• Withdraw or request deletion of their application data.
• Be informed of recruitment outcomes transparently.
